The camp is a delightful experience in a beautiful location, but the logistics for the staff are daunting, so please help us by reading this information before registering (link to registration form is above).
Opening circle and Dance session Wednesday at 7pm; closing circle and Dance session Sunday evening. Dances, Rumi Cafe, music jams, afternoon offerings, clothing exchange and more!
Meals are on your own except for a catered dinner Saturday evening (barbecue with vegetarian options). We will set up our outdoor kitchen, with stove and dishwashing station, and there is a rustic dining hall where we can eat.
Additional information, including directions, will be sent to attendees before camp begins.
You are not registered until you have filled out the registration form and sent your payment; this includes paying for onsite lodging (more info below).
• Full time registration: early bird discount $160-$220, as you can afford, through April 24th. Starting April 25, minimum registration amount is $200. Cost includes the catered meal, but not lodging or camping.
• Part time registration: Day Pass (no overnight stay): $40 Thurs, Fri, Sunday; $58 Saturday (includes dinner). Per Session: $18 minimum per person, no overnight stay; $36 Saturday dinner + evening session. If you want to attend part of the retreat, and camp onsite, please register accordingly on the registration form.
• Registration ends May 6th for everyone. No on-site registration.
• Refunds, minus a $25 admin fee, are available through April 24th. No refunds starting April 25th.
A few well behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge, but your pet (we’re assuming dogs here) must be under your control at all times and must pre-register. This includes dogs visiting with attendees who are staying off-site. If you bring a dog to any part of the retreat, you are agreeing to sign up for a time slot during the retreat to patrol the grounds and pick up any dog poop you see on the property, as well as doing it the whole time you are there, whether it is your pet’s or not. Bring poop bags. We reserve the right to limit the number of dogs, so if you register after we have reached the limit, and/or if you do not pre-register your pet, he/she will not be able to come. ONSITE LODGING: There are rooms (with a shared bathroom), luxurious glamping tents and a bunkhouse (without bathrooms), and a camping area with solar showers. Lodging rates vary, starting at $85/night; camping is $20/night for up to two people per tent/RV/camper/whatever. There is a link in the registration form to a lodging form to reserve and calculate payment for lodging/camping. Please reserve your lodging spot on that form so you know how much to include for that when calculating payment on the registration form. Please note that onsite lodging (not camping) must be reserved and paid for by April 24th and there is limited onsite availability. Again, you are not registered until you have filled out the registration form and sent your payment, including onsite lodging if applicable. OTHER LODGING OPTIONS: There are also motels and airbnb’s in Paonia and Hotchkiss. If you want to arrive Tuesday, to help set up the Tent and kitchen on Wednesday, please feel free to do so! It’s a great way to ease into the camp scene and meet people before the retreat starts. Karma yoga at its finest. HEALTH AGREEMENT: BY REGISTERING FOR ANY PART OF THIS CAMP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO FOLLOW THESE. Starting May 3, I agree to avoid large gatherings, wear a mask in crowded public places (especially indoors), have no appointments with unmasked practitioners (haircuts, doctors, massages, acupuncture, attorneys, etc), avoid unmasked indoor choir rehearsals, meetings and other gatherings, and socially distance.
I agree to bring a Covid test with me to take on arrival before mingling with others, and report the results to the greeters.
During the camp, I agree to avoid close or prolonged contact with non-participants, including restaurants, stores and local social activities outside the camp.
If you absolutely can’t avoid being around people during the last week before camp, please wear a mask and/or increase your vitamin and supplement intake for that week (recommended: Vitamin D; Zinc; Vitamin C) and gargle regularly with Listerine, which has been proven to stop the spread of the virus in your throat and sinuses.
