If you're a mentored dance leader you should be receiving quarterly newsletters from DUP International via your email address of record. If you're not receiving a newsletter, check these important steps: 1. Make sure your email address is correct. Log into "My Info" Under the Leaders Guild drop down menu above and check to make sure we have your correct email address. You can update it yourself by then clicking "Edit". If you do not have your log in information, contact the Community Coordinator. 2. Make sure that your computer's spam blocker is set to allow emails from director@dancesofuniversalpeace.org. Add http://dancesofuniversalpeace.org to your "safe senders" list. 3. Get your Internet Serivce Provide (ISP) to unblock our emails. Some ISPs may block newsletters coming from Constant Contact, the service that we use. If you are having this problem we encourage you to contact your ISP to ask them to allow our newsletters to come to your email address. Here is a letter that you may modify and send to your ISP to request them to stop blocking our correspondence: Important Note: When you copy and paste these letters into an email, please be sure to replace the XXXX placeholder with more specific and appropriate information before sending it to either the contact or ISP. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Draft Message to Your ISP To: ISP Customer Support Hello. I understand that you employ filters and/or blacklists to protect customers like myself from unsolicited email; however, this has made it impossible for me to receive newsletters, announcements, and promotions that I have requested. I value these communications and would like to receive them using this email address. The sender of these emails uses an email marketing service called Constant Contact. Constant Contact is not an open relay and has strict anti-spam policies in place. Because your filters block emails from Constant Contact I am unable to receive these communications. I ask that you please help me determine why these emails are being blocked.
